Cash is the most liquid form of currency there is, and the best tool to have when purchasing power goes up.

However, several years ago, last time I checked, in 2009, some banks likes HSBC, Standard Chartered has loans that allowed you to buy investment real estate in the US with very favorable interests rates, but the problem being of course that you had to play the currency exchange game.

Sorry to pitch my new best friend, but cryptocurrency does not have the same issue.

The value of gold doesn't really change much, just the amount of dollars it takes to own some which is more a reflection of the value of the currency than the value of the gold.

Increased money supply and currency debasement should mean property value is going up.

Cheap currency is here to stay in all of the developed countries because of our massive entitlement beast that cannot be slayed.

They are now calling for the dollar to be removed as the world standard for valuating currency.
