My returns are massively better than anything you will find in your area, and there is no reason at all for you to settle for crap returns and insane purchase prices just because you live in the wrong place. 

I certainly don't mind wholesalers making money, but when its so much that it becomes overpriced even at the retail level and they try to sell you on that crap, it does get old really really quick.

I have an iphone and it annoys the crap out of me if I have to call a vanity number because I can't dial from my phone.Overall, I think I've had better results with the advertising using a regular local number as opposed to using a vanity number.

I have no cash, and My credit is crap and I cannot get a loan or hard money to acquire properties to sell in 30-45 days.

Does your business card look like crap or is it a nice design that will hold up and has messages and offers on the back of the card??

The issue is frequency is a complete crap shoot and timing of payments is immediate.

I've had several colleagues tell me that someone called them about some crap and said I referred them or they were referred by me. 1 of them even mentioned that the girl said she got "their" info from my profile.

The brokers license is much the same but it is more involved and at least my questions on my test were similar to materials but not the same, you had to think.And you're right Ed, by the time the "easy way to make it types" pay for all the crap on wholesaling, they could have obtained a license, be legal, have MLS access, and sell services to the general public in connection with every house in their area that is for sale.
