Are there differences if I reach out to banks, to accredited investors, to the general public, or the way that I communicate?

Here are mine for each - just my two cents:  Turn-Over/Cleaning Services - Local cleaner - it's been great, took a few different ones until I found a great one, but I've now had this crew for the last 8 months, no issues at all, and great communication.

I am entering into a business partnership, and we are looking for an app/program to help us manage projects, assign tasks, and seamlessly communicate.

There are websites like Rocket Lawyer or Legal Zoom where you can communicate with an attorney for a very nominal fee about your specific situation.

I would think it is the responsibility of the landlord to 1) communicate after a year lease has come up about renewing or going month to month 2) Correct me right away when I pay the same rate as we did when in our lease letting me know that I owe 10% more or need to sign another lease.  

Industry, real estate, restaurant, hotel, media, communication, tech, entertainment the list goes on.Personally I am a major supporter of the value injected into our economy by the 1%.

You first have to communicate capability.Calling someone and saying you are credible without proof you will get laughed at by most seasoned commercial owners.

I"m detail oriented and a great communicator.  

Just received communication that the leases will be in email tomorrow.

They usually have different funds that are made up of a mix of banking, real estate, communications, ect..
