What if something happens and the car breaks down.

The yard is full of car parts and furniture (or I like to think of it as potential). 

Even when inventory was much higher I was looking for single story, 3 car garage, pool house in gated community, less than 15 years old.

I've traded a car in before with a transmission that was hit or miss and crossed my fingers that they wouldn't realize it.

In the state of Florida, I was always told unless specifically shown a legal in a judgement for a property, personal judgements like credit card, car loans, gym membership judgements cannot encumber real estate.  

and it puts wholesalers in the used car salesmen category not a professional or providing a service the only service they provide is to make money for themselves.. which you can do being an agent.. or better yet be a true investor just buy the house do something to it and resell it..
