Id be thoughtful if the juice is worth the squeeze here as they are on month to month leases which means youd need good cause to evict.

so it really depends on what you invested in.. and this scenario is virtually what ever syndicator does.. for larger cash flow projects.. so the chance of everyone of them going belly up is just not likely to the extreme.. 

Depending on the breed of pot belly they can range in weight; if the pig is older it's a good thing as the young ones grow like weeds and it's tough to know how big they'll get until they're adult. 

That Taco Bell is designed to be a Taco Bell, not a McDonalds or a Burger King.

My COO uses it every day to chase down potential deals.. we are belly to belly... as an aside when I was in the timber business in the north west I created a custom data base with every property from CA OR border to just north of Castle Rock WA  criteria 10 acres or more and visible timber.. 

The difference simply happens to be which pork bellies are on sale at that moment and really, the service level of your provider.
