Everything that BiggerPockets offers is inspiring me more and more every day!

Hello, as most of you, I'm inspired by what real estate can do and I'm hoping to get myself into for my family.

If you haven't already started listening to the BP podcast, I highly recommend listening to as many of the previous episodes as you can to get ideas and inspiration for starting out--a number of their interviewees talk about how they hustled on the side to get some money coming in.

(Brrr)I'm a complete newb and can use all the advice, networking, and inspiration anyone is kind enough to offer.

And if it looks hopeless for me then I don't mind giving the info about said property and see if anyone else thinks they can profit off of it.Also, if you want a mortgage loan you need the following (forms needed probably vary but have them anyway):Bank statement from possible current or last monthW2 forms and income tax forms from the last two yearsTwo forms of identificationPay stubs spanning years or monthsIf I can do something then I don't mind chronicling it on this forum so people can learn from my failings or they can be inspired to actually go out there and get that deal.

Newbie question here.I got totally inspired yesterday during @Brandon Turner webinar on "How to Achieve Massive Success Using the BRRR Strategy over on BiggerPockets!"

I'm inspired by "Rich Dad, Poor Dad's" concept of leveraging the legal entity power of the corporation to pay a less taxes and expense everything I'm entitled to maximize cash-flowing assets.  

Also, if you haven't discovered it yet, the Bigger Pockets podcast has over 200 episodes filled with ideas and inspiration!
