@Brian Plajer to furthermore add what Zev has mentioned, your out-of-state market is only as good and dependent on your team assembled.

If you can budget for new cabinets, you might want to consider what I used...RTA cabinets, aka "ready to assemble".

It was affordable and was was a fast fix as the Fabuwood cabinets are shipped from China knocked down and go a local factory where they are stocked flat and assembled locally and shipped.
