Second career for me after 22 years in airline industry.

I think most don't even own vacuum cleaners.On the first floor units, I think I want to see if I can just use the concrete slab if it is in decent shape.

I hired a retired airline pilot as a project manager who had experience with ~6-7 builds over his lifetime to help guide me through the process, meet with inspectors when I was unavailable, do quality control, etc.The house ended up amazing in the end but I don't think I could have done my first one without that project manager.
