Not to mention all the outdoor pursuits and wine country and weather :)

For example with my Airbnb, I like to welcome them with wine and put snacks out for guests when they check in (popcorn, mixed nuts, etc).

A traditional bottle of wine or champagne is a classic.

They can always put a throw rug down for color/softness.As far as vinyl over wooden subfloors, I have several rentals with vinyl planks over wood and haven't had a problem with separation.

Kind of like a great wine.

I think it is one of those wooden ones.

I’d probably go more towards something like a bottle of wine or a gift basket like @Collin H. mentioned.

I am not sure how useful this will be in sparse, rural, wooden areas like the ones I am looking for but I wll def check it out.

Probably could do wine that way too?
