@Emmanuel Otero you can get a google voice number that can ring to any phone you want.

I've heard others say that for this market, you get either cash flow or appreciation, usually not both and that seems to be ringing true here. 

If its a ring type doorbell camera I would allow it, but if you feel it for other reasons you are protected by the lease.
