It will be a battle of the wills versus the fundamentals.

@Shaquan Webster- if you buy a deal with decent fundamentals and plan to hold over a long period, what happens short term (10 years<) it doesn’t really matter.

This would be a mistake, you fundamentally only have one "activity" even though there are two members in the LLC. 

This is the fundamental problem I have with Wall Street who takes too much fees off the hard-working efforts of the middle class. 

Luckily I was practicing sound fundamentals from a buy right perspective without even knowing it - good location, modest house, good schools and affordable.

@Cara Kennedy I haven't yet read any on market fundamentals alone.

Anyway I can’t argue this point any longer, we just have a fundamental difference in what should be done, on to another post to tell someone they can’t get a 15 cap in an A/B area in Indianapolis.
