When I signed up via my pro membership, I was charged $1 to set up the account with RentRedi.

So - when you signed up, did you choose the $19,95 monthly option and then they correct it on the back end?  

So, is this a sign of fewer people coming to Hilton Head or a broader reflection of the economy?

It usually takes a few minutes for your account to be verified at sign up before posting on the forums. 

Initially signed up for property management for few months before I'm mentally prepared to start self-managing.

My brain want's to automatically assume rents were not collected, not that they were just sitting on your $$$$ because that, wow, that's a BIG problem and a VERY bad sign of things if that's the case. 

I requested for the last month’s rent upon signing the lease which is for the month of September.
