The big box stores selling generic versions of them and while they can be kind of pricy at about $20/each I like that there is no cord so a person or child can't get caught or hurt on one.

And yes, on a warm day you do indeed get a pretty strong smell of weed as you drive by on Interstate 70.

While things are looking pretty frothy in LA right now, Leimert Park is up and coming so I'd be sure you are cool with Atlanta, the southern culture and the heat and humidity before cutting your cord and selling.

Sometimes discusions may arrive when there a confllicts on intersts (selling, not selling, changing administration companies or not, removing or not lenders, etc I assume) What are your thoughts and how have you handled it? 

Removing cord does not solve problem.So remove.

Hey David,I'm from Australia and I've bought all my properties interstate, have never seen them in person and haven't really had any problems!

Cut the cord & move on.

Two obvious options for power in the unit: 1) get a thick extension cord long enough to reach from primary unit and plug into 20A socket (Harbor Freight has some thick electrical cords at decent price) or get a generator (Costco sometimes carries them or you can rent one).  

We install the no cord blinds from the hardware store with an L.
