A contractor is a business owner, do investors share their financials?

To make matters worse, my CRM was wiped clean of all leads—first about a month into the program, and then again recently.Considering that I am investing approximately $2,000 per month in PPC campaigns, these lost leads represent a significant financial blow.

Over the past few weeks, I’ve been reflecting on my future goals, particularly my path toward financial freedom.I’m 22 years old and just got my first credit card two weeks ago, so I don’t have a credit score yet.

We, like many investors would just like the financial burden to be somewhat lifted off our shoulders and to not feel so tied down to our jobs but have the option to come and go as we please or are needed and to spend more time traveling with our family!

📌Then we filter by the property itself:- Investigate all financials.- Inspect every apartment and develop a scope of work.- Evaluate all major systems (mechanical, electrical, roof, plumbing, foundation, etc).

Recommend you first figure out the property Class you want to invest in, THEN figure out the corresponding location to invest in.If you apply Class A assumptions to a Class B or C purchase, your expectations won’t be met and it may be a financial disaster.If you buy/renovate a Class A property in Class D area, what quality of tenant will you get?

That’s how I started, and it’s a great way to get your feet wet in the industry without overextending yourself financially.
