I don’t have a crystal ball, but I do think there will be some foreclosures that take place in the second half of the year, possibly in the fourth quarter of 2021 or maybe in the first quarter of 2022.

I'd sell and take the profit now, before the capitol gains taxes get into the more ridiculous range, which they are likely heading to.But my crystal ball is saying that right now owners and investors are looking for property to buy, but not many are selling so the price is high and going higher.

I wish I had that crystal ball that could precisely tell me when to buy and sell for maximum profit.Be smart with what you buy, don't over leverage, pay your mortgage back with inflation adjusted $$$.Tell me where you want your money to be during a time of medium to high inflation.I can see inflation already in food prices, gas prices, home prices, rents, building commodities.....no matter what the government tells you that inflation is not here yet....

The cost of borrowing money could skyrocket or disappears because no one will want to lend, fearing inflation will gobble up the value of the funds loaned. 12%-15% hard money may look like a bargain at that point.I have no crystal ball, or at best a very murky one.
