I was hoping folks has suggestions because I kept running into dead ends because the physical bank location of the online bank platforms need to be in the state to follow the rules for MA. 

So not sure if you have looked into some of these types of "crowd funding/sourcing" platforms?

I haven’t really dug into how big this market is, but if there are enough people in a similar place as we were, it may be worth me investing a little more to commercialize the platform and license it to others.I’m not really interested in making that effort if there are some good solutions already out there, but if this is a neglected market, I’ll do it.

@Engelo Rumora  sorry to hear you were affected by the FTX debacle.This is an interesting topic, and I think it's especially interesting on a real estate-focused platform like BP...The reason being: in my mind, real estate and crypto are opposites in so many ways.

It's great to have someone with your passion and real estate expertise join us on this platform.

I use this as a starting point before doing my own research on the main platforms and/or my own data.As for CoC return - 12-15% is relatively easy to attain here in Tampa.
