I was just watching the free videos about the 50% and 2% rules and something didn't quite make sense.

I say a video saying that is possible but did not explain how?  

The terminology "foundation repairs" or "Retrofits" is generally used to describe "Proprietary Foundation Systems" for MANUFACTURED HOMESHowever, If you're not dealing in MANUFACTURED HOME transactions there's no need for you to take the time to view the video.

If you want someone to hang on to your info for future reference, give them something of value that has your info on it (bottle opener, magnetic sports calendar, pen, etc.).

I have people make detailed video of properties before making offers and plan on using my contact to monitor contractors during the rehab on one of the properties remotely.
