As mentioned above...airports can be a costly venture and they can be quite complicated due to FAA rules - BUT LOTS OF FUN :)   There is a ton of information out there though to help you.   

I learned how to run FB ads for some entrepreneurial ventures, one of which includes generating leads my own cash deals for BRRRR or flips.  

I think the joint ventures and individual mentoring is the best way to go unless you just want to shill a guru workshop and travel.

I Just jumped into this venture this year and I'm currently under contract with two MF  properties in Cincinnati. 

I turned properties in Dallas County for 2 years back in the glory days (2010-2011) and have since relocated to Tarrant County.Just looking for tips related to flipping in the area and any information about wholesaling as this will be my first venture into that.

Gurus always talk about buying properties with Other People's money, but I haven't ventured into that arena yet.

I asked my partner if he would be interested in a refi and he said not right now due to his other business ventures.
