@Robert Fisher Asking people to choose between Charlotte and Raleigh-Durham might be somewhat akin to asking folks in the Triangle if Duke, UNC, or NC State is better to root for....or what is the best school in the neighborhood....very subjective and personal.

Roots growing through it?

It's a saying that has taken me far in life and is a saying that is rooted deep into my soul.

I lived in Portimão for 11 years so i have roots there.

After reading the books and listening to the audio, I decided it is about time to get back to my roots and start doing vs simply listening, which is basically how I got into real estate in the first place. 

Now there is a tree which roots are coming out of the ground behind my unit and they are giving me a hard time saying we have other priorities.  

But, I want to be an informed investor and not wait forever to get started.There is one important question that may sum up the root of my gas pedal-brake situation: Can I buy a house and still invest in real estate with little free cash?
