How do you think FEMA is able to come in after a disaster and dish out millions of dollars in relief to communities?!?!

My water expense for a 3 over 3 duplex is about $1000 a year in Albany  (I installed dish washers and washer w/ dryers).  

My only advice is don’t stack your dishes too high so you lose focus.

The dishes are dirty... who is going to wash them?

Well, not everyone has thousands of dollars to dish out for mentorship.

I recall when I was living in a house with friends in college, while dishes and such were typically done, no one actually wanted to clean.

Buy your first deal cash so if you get caught in an unforeseen you don’t have to dish out 10-12% hard money payments.

I also had a challenging life growing up - at 5 years old I was given to a wonderful family to raise me, my mother always worked (as a dancer on the Block in Baltimore) and had no time for me.At 12 years old I would ride the streetcars in Baltimore (Greenmount Avenue to North Avenue) selling newspapers, worked on a golf course carrying heavy golf bags and as a delivery boy for a restaurant during breakfast and lunch delivering food and washing dishes in the afternoon.

Washers dryers, fridge stove microwave, toaster oven, coffee maker, pots and pans, dishes and all utensils, bedroom suites, sofas and recliners, end tables, coffee tables, night stands, old style televisions, gas and charcoal grills, the list goes on.What I buy new: linens, towels, pillows, HDTVs.My STRs are for short term working people at a refinery.

That’s why I want to get some deals now and get the capital so that when the market does turn around I’ll be equipped with the cash to be able to dish out more out of pocket.
