Does anyone in the Atlanta area or it’s surrounding areas know of any companies open to working with wholesellers?

The regular ferry has already had quite an effect in Bremerton and the surrounding area.

It seems like it'd be an effective strategy if I built a brand in my small town and surrounding areas where people knew they could send me a lead of someone they knew, to make some quick cash if I closed on that deal.Assuming this IS completely legal to do, it leads me to a couple different questions:1.

I am a realtor/investor here in the Fayetteville and surrounding areas.

I currently live in Thomasville but also cover Winston-Salem, High Point, Lexington, High Rock Lake, Lake Norman, Badin Lake, and other surrounding.

Our clients trust us to walk through the property, it’s all about the team surrounding you.

To me it depends on the condition of the property, amenities AND surrounding properties and residents.

Reasonable compensation needs to consider all the facts and circumstances surrounding both you and the business. 

I think it's important to bounce ideas around and surround yourself with like-minded people. 

I'm a new investor in the surrounding Greenwood Indiana area.
