@Garrett White depending on who use as your SEC Attorney, to prepare a PPM, operating and subscription agreement will cost about $10 to $20k.My suggestion is don't DIY when it comes to the many legal aspects of raising money from investors.

I'm looking for something like:SEC Attorney: Handles everything dealing with compliance, drawing up all the contracts, LLC, subscription agreement, PPM, and all other various disclosures, etc.RE closing attorney: Prepares closing docs, does title search - need them when actually closing the deal (that's all I know - feel free to expand!)
