Tax/ Property Assessor

Hey guys!

So yet again another question for you fine folks on BP. I am looking at places to invest in SD county. However, I find it difficult to find tax/ owner info online. I went to the county assessor website, but it gave me an office to go to and office hours. However, in my search, I found a website that gave me some great info like sq ft of the the property, bed/baths, property and building value, but I have to sign up for the monthly subscription to find the owner. It's called Propertyshark.com. Anyone else use it/ know if its worth it?? Or does anyone have different alternatives??
