I've never heard of him so I am not sure he can be classified as renowned and respectable, but saying that makes it sound like this is a reverse troll ad for the company and now VAs are going to come in to say how good it is so we will keep an eye out for that.If this is real, why do you think you need to pay for this class right now?

Based on the story they told me it sounds like the parents are effectively homeless and I suspect they have simply moved them in without permission.

That’ll give you flexibility to automate and integrate workflows as your needs evolve.A direct booking site is a nice-to-have down the line if you want to save on platform fees and build a brand, but starting with platforms like Furnished Finder or VRBO is a solid way to keep things simple while you’re getting started.Good luck—sounds like you’re on the right track!

It'll take you a while to replace your $60k income...Assuming that you make 2.5% per deal and pay your Broker 1/2, you'd need to buy/sell $5,000,000 worth of properties per year to equal your current salary.

So like if I replace the windows, or renovate a bathroom I write that off but if I buy new blinds for my half I do not write it off.
