After scouting all these areas for months, I can tell you that Dorchester has some top notch neighborhoods, Port Norfolk, Adams Village, Savin Hills, Lower Mills, etc.

thanks @Taylor Marvin  My wife were in town this weekend scouting out areas to live.  

I was looking at the crime map on neighborhood scout: http://www.neighborhoodscout.com/ca/vallejo/crime/and it seems that, in addition to Glen Cove, North / Northeast Vallejo might not be as bad.  

I would also be scouting for great prices on decent new appliances that will look good without breaking the bank.

As a bird dog, you basically scout for properties, and then bring the referral (property) to an investor for a referral fee (usually $250 to $1,000.)

I have to say it was a good experience, got to scout the neighborhood and got two leads from just a 30 min ride.

Is neighborhood scout worth paying for?  

I’m new to scouting Clarksville and would love to connect!

In the meantime we plan to scout out potential agents in our area for this and future deals.

Example..From going to zillow, scouting for neighborhoods, to driving there?
