Forum psychology is interesting; I too have been on many for years and seen it all!

.- Aim for at least 7000 - 10,000 calls before you outsource to a VA(Virtual Assistant) to familiarize yourself with the No's, the curses, the call drops, negotiation, basic seller psychology, etc.

They are prescribed an ESA for a mental/psychological disability.

Like @Carrie said...You need to be able to handle the "Psychology" of the investment.

Even the psychology of dealing with such folks takes a bit or experience, initially, they may appear to be motivated sellers, they usually take on other attitudes or personas after the initial contact.

Now with that said, mortgages can impact a seller psychologically as a seller often times thinks their house is worth more than the mortgage.....but that is in their head only.

I actually listened to one last week, #77, Michael Q, good psychology in there. :)

A little educational background on myself, I'm an undergrad student majoring in psychology with a minor in marketing and also a Champions School of Real Estate student.

Just wanted to also share the results of the folliowing studies to remind you that there is a psychological aspect to investing and as a female you are going against the grain but remember that women investors also outperform men so trust your gut and hang in there!!

Its an awesome book that touches on love, finances, psychology (realllly cool).
