Hi Joe, no disrespect at all, but I don't think Real Estate is your true passion.

Here's how real estate has changed my life.1) I receive checks at all different times of the month.2) I have more income coming in than ever before.3) I pay less of a tax rate than I ever have4) My net worth goes up literally everyday.5) I spend more time with my kids than I ever have...6) I get to give to things that I'm passionate about7) I love what I do everyday.This is not a post to brag, It is a post to motivate.....

I am majoring in business, and I have a passion for real estate.

i would really like to connect and see if we can work on any capacity as far as becoming part of your private network community( of course if you can use one extra) with that said, I’m currently holding a couple of SFR rentals in SD and just sold my business last year and as much as I try to buy another business, I think I will end up acquiring more investment properties since it’s my passion!

It means a lot because I have a strong passion and drive to reach financial freedom and I strongly believe real estate investing is the way to go.

If someone feels that passionate about it and believes it in their core then put up their own money and believe in it enough to lose everything.That's what I do day in and out running a business.
