It really depends on what goals you are trying to accomplish and the type of housing you are looking.My partner and I have our own construction companies that we work together and we've been helping clients to renovate to either flip or rentals.

I think the best way to learn about syndications and to find quality investment partners is to join a Community.This type of investing is long-term, illiquid and completely out of your control.

So again I know better and if i cant get title insurance that covers the assignment fee I have to move title company or I wont fund it as a capital partner.   

So I sold out to my partners at the time..

I'd like for the lender to be a legit partner, too.
