Ask your personal insurance agent (the agent you use for your property insurance and for your personal home, car, etc...) what they recommend for liability coverage in your rentals. 

You shouldn't be recommending people use the CAR lease if you're licensed realtor in Chicago.

I'd imagine this falls into the "normal wear and tear" category but I just don't know how you measure or prove it and how much tangible evidence I need to have ready showing that I've warned them repeatedly.

People live in their cars don't they? 

So it would just be normal credit card transactions and normal credit card payments. 

@Susan ManeckI think a lender asking for leases and proof of rent payments is normal if that income is what they’re basing their approval on.

Normally we brag about these things but I guess going forward I will attach a list of repairs so know one can use it against met.So I started this case using my own attorney.
