I'm also partially blind which made it hard to see all problems prior, he tried getting me to do a video chat with him on pissedconsumer.com where he has most of his negative reviews listed.Thankfully my landlords  now are amazing they arent cross country and come as soon as I message or call them.

That's called functional obsolescence and may be a negative or give you a value-add opportunity by adding a bath on a level which lacks it.That's enough for now

I am posting this because my mother goes off on me and says I’m negative because over the last 2 months of tenants applying through Zillow I have seen so many collections, 500 credit scores, and applicants saying on thing, but then asking can she accept housing.

My property manager is still taking out Franchise tax monthly and I'm neg negative $200/month and I don't know what to show them to stop them from taking that franchise tax from my proceeds.1) Do I have to put my property to my WY statutory trust as I do with my other state properties to their LLCs?

We had a list of preferred real estate agents we listed our stuff with to get fair market (maximum) sales price.If we wanted to dump a property below market value, we knew who the players were and would contact them discreetly - we didn't want any negative publicity.Unless you find a desperate, failing lender, don't see you having much success.

@Jonathan GreeneI agree - I like to offer an alternative option which can be negative and I get plenty of private messages of me being mean, out for people etc.As an example, I am Sorry, but my opinion is if you get 100% financing I think it is ultra high risk especially for someone new to real estate.
