Those degrees should help.I have a large interest in stocks and buying percentages in oil and gas wells, but with real estate I am not 100% sure yet if i want to invest in rental properties or flip. 

I was able to convert to gas and separate the utilities for the duplex. 

Downsides it is in a town that has a large gas refinery in it and about a 1/4 mile from the interstate and train tracks.

Gas is not an option.

ie, pipe, gas line, power cable, etc?

Here are some requests I already know about:Water invoicesProof current tenants are paying their rentRecent invoices from improvementsLease agreementsProof that own has 1st/last/security in proper accountsIt has 2 gas meters and 2 electric meters, so assuming that is covered by tenantthx!!!  

I think there are going to be a bunch of good deals coming up, but I need to make sure I don't get a deal that I can do anything with until gas prices go back up.
