At that time, the country was flooded with housing units and completed lots (unlike today), and when the music stopped, there were few individual buyers. 

Not to mention I read all the articles, forums & blogs; I stopped with the music, listened to the podcasts, watched YouTube videos, you name it.

As I am composing my list of "potentials", I have a few questions I am hoping to get answered.1) What are the best ways to find the phone numbers?

If I feel the music is stopping, I want to be able to find a chair. 

Even on Palafox itself which is a limited place where it's safe outside from cars and shootings you get people that think everybody wants to listen to their car exhaust and music on full blast.
