Lease to known 1 year tenant or wait for potential long term

I just finished the rehab on a rental. It has been on the market a few days with a lot of interest. I had a couple look at it today that needs a place this week. They check out well (credit back ground, etc.) but this is just a stop till the find somewhere to move permanently. They agreed to sign a 1 year lease. Would you rent to them or continue showings for a more long term solution?

Freshly rehabbed and in this hot market (assuming it is where this home is too) I would keep looking.  I mean, on the market for 2 days, keep looking.  If this tenant finds a place to move and leaves you are now chasing them for whatever your lease penalty is for breaking a lease or going after them in court.  Ugh.  Don't even go down that road and find a family that wants this home for a year +
