My guess is that she needed a green card or visa.

I currently have a 5 year business visa as residency and actively run a small business but I am looking into investments on the side.Does anyone who has a similar residency status as mine have any experience getting their license?

We opened an account at Scotiabank and they have a Visa debit bank card that we can start building our businesses credit, we start with a $1000 limit and it increases with use and payment. 

Been talking to some people but it would be great if you can share what kind of Visa or way you're able to work in Florida.

When I built it, I thought I’d test the waters to see if there was interest and also to see what people were interested in (i.e. apt rentals at local prices, help with residency visas, land buying, land selling etc.).

His company sells "luxury" property off the plans for wealthy migrants and apparently anything else is "social housing" renting to the lowest of the low of society. 

I started investing, flipping houses thanks to Visa and MasterCard (not a smart move, but it paid off), and it clicked.

You will still need to get some sort of visa or green card to be able to live in the States.
