This may be because I've used QuickBooks since it was QuickBooks for DOS, but the online version is nowhere near as intuitive as the desktop version.I hate QuickBooks Online's absolute boner for bank account interface and auto-classifications of transactions.  

They are pretty intuitive to use, look great, and fairly inexpensive.

Your street smarts and intuition play a huge role in screening and your success in this town .

@Steve Morris What an intuitive addition to this post, you must have a lot of free time to be posting negativity on every thread regarding wholesale. 

And then as you start to build your network you can ask about the costs of  rehabs and the cost of "other people's money", and that will all become more intuitive, and easier to calculate.Take some time (not to much, but at least some), do your homework, and stay hungry.Good luck.

This is counter intuitive but I say “who cares”.

Thanks for the reassurance to follow my intuition.

Of the 7 cards, 1 person now uses IPN (Intuit Payment Network), one has not yet used the card, and all the rest have opted to use the card instead of mailing a money order.

Some form of intuition is telling me though  if a person is waving around money like mad, they probably don't have much of it. 

I wish I would have done a checklist because I'm pretty intuitive but I was naive in this instance.
