It's not really Zillow's fault as the independent inspector was to blame.  

I am very independent and usually can figure out most anything on my own and a lot of times enjoy doing so but this is a different story. 

This is more important lately for me as I find myself wanting more to get into the financial independence mode, and having listened to the podcast am now interested in trying to BRRRR with lower cost assets than what's available around me. 

Am I over-thinking this, or is there an increase in supply that may cause too much risk to my plan (getting more cash-flow, while increasing equity in current properties, and obtaining Financial Independence ASAP)?

(For those who don't know, FIRE stands for "Financial Independence, Retire Early"- the attraction of real estate for many on BP!)

This IRA is not employer sponsored, it's independent of my new employers retirement plan(fees are lower at Vanguard than employers plan).

But then one of them was re-hired independently by the seller, to list it on his own.

It seems like a big leap between paying for the subscription and investing in enterprise-style infrastructure that supports multiple overlapping wireless access points.We are trying to train this tenant to be more independent.
