Hi @Eric Meyer - I can’t say whether I’d buy or run away, but there’s a cheap way to remediate lead in dirt fairly effectively(it takes some time and patience.)

Although our lease states that pest control after the first 30 days of the lease is the tenant's responsibility, my PM is stating that the landlord has to remediate for bed bugs per Florida law.The unit with the bed bugs is in a building with three other units. 

To remedy this situation, we plan to institute a new parking policy that is effective in 2 weeks starting 5/26/2020.

@Flora Granter, I would personally call the HOA to see if they could remedy the situation.

This may just be recognition but it feels like they are things you consider weaknesses to remedy.

Plus, in most cases EVEN IF THEY DO decide to enforce the clause, they have to give you notice of 30+ days to remedy.
