Hi, I looking to buy used salon in the Austin metro area and I wonder if any realtor in the Austin/Round Rock area knows the price they charge to represent tenant on retail lease and perform sale contract.Represent tenant is mean to renegotiate with a landlord for better terms and stuff.

And if they don’t let them kick rocks and take your business to someone who you can work well with!

People with high incomes and good credit, which makes it easy for me to look like a rock star.Cool things about second homes:- 90% LTV- Independent mortgage brokers have some built-in advantages (ok maybe this one is more for me :P ).- Way better rate than a PURE rental property.- You can still rent it out for the overwhelming majority of the year.- You have to "promise" that you will personally go on vacation there once a year.

I love Round Rock but it has had a big run up in price and is the older city. 

Could maybe make a play with someone in a different part of Arkansas that is looking to expand to the Little Rock area perhaps.Thanks for the insight!!

I'm also looking at Jacksonville, the Space-Race Corridor in Florida, Little Rock, among others. 

We are interested in buying in our backyard, but we are also considering the Little Rock, AR and Birmingham, AL markets.
