They can close in less than 2 weeks but without seeing the deal terms even if you are a stellar borrower they can’t fund guarantee they’ll lend.

I have posted before in Linked In that BRRR is not a great strategy since you have to master so many things.You have to buy the property right and at a low enough price and find the funding to do so.
