I don't know how Bismark got on there I have flown my plane in there a few times on gas stops not sure on that one.. other than maybe economics.Any way these are always fun to have those defend their home turf.. there is good in and bad in all no place is perfect..

In terms of underwriting, often water and Gas will be paid by the owners, while in most situations there are separate electric meters.

I don't want to expose my family to unnecessary risk/leverage, but I also want to build on the momentum.I would be very grateful to hear the thoughts of this community on how to stay on the gas and not hit the breaks for at least a year and risk losing any momentum.
