Even though this virus is going around, I am still focusing on my goals, so I’d like your insight/experience on this question.

Will it be worth the risk of losing a self sufficient tenant over a couple of bucks especially with this virus causing havoc across the country?

Is this normal for companies to sell off their buildings or is this new with the Corona virus pandemic and companies are looking to raise capital?  

I think the last thing to panic about is how many people the virus will kill.

Every few years there's something new that we are all going to die of....ebola, swine flu, zika virus, SARS, mad cow disease etc.

IMO all bets are off in this crazy virus world.

However, what is probably my niave take is that if things were continue to get worse with the virus we might be dealing with very motivated sellers in the next 6 months in both Boston and LA

She'll say she doesn't have to pay because of the virus, but the stay for evictions doesn't give tenants the right to not pay rent at all. 

Prior to the Corona virus I was actively looking for investments.

Also, with the virus closing everything down, are people still buying homes or would we risk sitting on it for an extended time until things are back to normal?
