With so few units in the building I think your owning 4 units (or possibly 5) will make the building unwarrantable, which will hurt it's marketability, and depress prices.

we can all get fired up on sub too this method has been used for decades its nothing new or earth shattering.. it works best when markets are soft or depressed.. or with sellers in trouble and have very little equity..
