With the Fed raising the overnight interest rates and implementing Quantitative Tightening (QT) to combat the hyper inflation we are seeing across industries as it hits inflation rates we have not seen since the 80's, the ripple effects are reaching everyone. ​

It showed something like $5 billion in waste and fraudulent spending which is a huge dollar amount but when you look at it it is less than 1% which is incredible.Lastly I see a lot folks that are simply ignorant as opposed to "entitled".

We have had 2 fraudulent stays and damages with no recourse since Booking.com doesn't retain the credit card info so you're SOL.

Do you have a particular reason you think they're providing fraudulent information?

There are several ways to combat this issue;- ask loaded questions.

You offer a great service in PropertyRadar and the fraud and exploitation you mentioned is difficult to combat.

EIN identity theft is more problematic than SSN theft and is growing more quickly as there is so much more that can be done fraudulently under a company name. 

[As an aside, I am sorry to all the legit lenders whose reputation may unfairly get called into question because of fraudulent lenders.]Although I was not planning to pursue that avenue for financing, the comments here have provided me with a lot of good information that I can add to my knowledge bank.
