If your in northern Virginia it will take a few months to figure out the differences in Alexandria city and Alexandria Fairfax county or falls church and city of falls church etc.

@Chance Waddle We also host a meetup on the 3rd Wednesday of every month in Falls Church VA. 

In NOVA, most quads close to the beltway are going to be over $500K...We are working on one in Falls Church that is over $600K.  

A friend of mine from church saved up $40K to buy his first home, played options to make a few more bucks, and lost it all.

Church groups and volunteers will show up to help folks who don't have help to get their properties gutted out.  

I have a number of friends in the Meyerland area who woke up to 3-4 feet of water and have pretty much lost everything as their homes are completely submerged. 19 people from our church have evacuated and are in emergency accommodation with 2 families (one with a pregnant wife) are trapped in their homes and cannot get through to rescue services.I live in the medical centre district and the water was 2 inches up our front doors, but luckily only got a little wet, and quickly went back down to the road when we had a little respite.However, I know that Houstonians are resilient, and will rebuild quickly!
