What if I hate the park and would just rather sell it at a loss or give it to a charity rather than see the park owner get it?

Im pretty sure the guy took 30% of every pay check and payed himself and a charity first.

Last year we bid on and won a charity auction for a weekend with some of the Sr.

I prefer to make money as opposed to operate as a charity giving unqualified applicants a "chance".

I am not big on charity that negatively impacts my business unnecessarily.

The charities/organizations won't let us fill out the request for rent on her behalf.Problem:  She called yesterday and said her stackable washer/dryer was stolen (they left the big screen tv, left EVERYTHING else, just stole the washer/dryer) and now she wants me to replace it. 

Ever.If there is a legitimate problem for some people, it should be handled at the local level by community groups, churches, charities and the like....We, the public, should not be forced to pay for someone else's mistakes and lack of planning.
