I'm looking to find the big key players in my market/community who are doing tons of flips and buy and holds to try and learn and model some of their systems and most importantly bring about value that could lead to deals or even possibly a partnership.

Does your hotel have a restaurant, bar, nightclub, shops, casino, etc?

Find out who your local players are an send them each a personalized cover letter and resume and then start networking at local REI meetings to see who knows who.

There are lots of big MF players in the Dallas area to learn from.

While most small players see an LLC as simpler initially it is more cumbersome adding or changing partners and most profit will flow through to be taxed at marginal income rates.

Obviously I wouldn't want to go near Casino road...any other advice for that area? 

The dress code is the same when you are looking at houses as it is at Casinos or Neiman Marcus. 

I have a few brokers I can be introduced to but I'm curious as to how people maintain their relations and constantly show that they are serious players in this business?

We know who the big players are, Invitation Homes, AH4R, Progress, Tricon, the list goes on and on.
