I just put out the rent sign yesterday in the window but didn't post anything online because the place wasn't ready yet- I hadn't even decided which vinyl planks to install downstairs and needed to steamclean the carpet upstairs. 

The house really only needed cosmetic things: carpet, paint, caulk.. ect.

You could put carpet or tiles but I like wood floors and the wood floor is in really good shape.

There rent is too low for the market IMO and the major expenses that these units need is pretty high (new carpet/flooring in all units, new hvac, and one new roof).

It has good bones, including 'newish' baths and kitchen, but needs paint, carpet/flooring, new furnace, and some yard cleanup.
