We even have some property owners that want to send a gift card or flowers or things like that and we tell them to let us send it so there is no way the tenant will get their info, and the owners are always grateful as they never thought of that.

In the front: kill the weeds on the driveway/curb, repaint the garage door, buy a product to remove the oil stains in the driveway, make a small mulch bed around the tree and plant flowers around the tree, plant some flowers, a bush or some sort of plant where the snow shovels are, to the right of the front door plant some bushes and flowers (using edging stone to separate the mulch and grass could look good), and repaint the front door and the trim to something more modern (yet won't clash) that will help the place pop despite the older look of the brick.
