I'd include:Development and design.PermitsStreet and walks.Driveways and foundations (for garage and house without basement)Utilities stabs for sewer, water, gas, power, cable And any other factor I'm forgetting.Thank you. you need beds, baths, finish level, truss designs, utility info, density info, etc etc there's way too much here to help get any help to you

That is absolutely sound advise and we will diffidently keep that in mind as we look for our perfect MFH, but we will definitely open up our prospects and consider SFH as well, maybe with a finished basement with separate entrance or consider renting a room or 2 depending on what we find in our search.

If you flip to rent you will go more durable on finishings than you would to sell so you want to decide on that, but when you are done, you can see where you are at for sale vs. rent and decide, you would just have to move to traditional loan to carry it if you rent.

About the basement: It's partially finished (drywalls and ceiling only) with no bathroom or kitchen.Since it's a considerably smaller house, I am not sure if this would add significant value to the house if we sell it say 5 years down the line.

I’ve tried eating 1x a day for 1 year (Not healthy for me) and various water fasting protocols to eventually settling on my current lifestyle of: 1)Taking stairs daily 2)Intermittent fasting of 16 hours daily/ 3-4 Day water fasts Quarterly3)Mineral consumption daily using Fulvic Acid, Icelandic Kelp, a powdered Electrolyte to regular water, Spring Water (Minerals are ESSENTIAL to hydration) 4)Daily Fruit consumption 5)Grass Fed, Grass finished Beef 6)Minimal Fried foods (I still LOVE French fries) 7)No seed oils (only Tallow, butter and/or avocado oil) 8)Cut back on white flour and grains (Minimal breads, pastry, pasta) 9)No soda 10)No dairy (Cow’s milk is for baby calfs)11)Minimal alcohol (Maybe Vodka or Tequila RARELY) 12)At lease 7 hours of sleep daily13)No watching CNN, MSNBC, NY TImes, Washington Post, NPR or ABC, NBC, CBS…………….
