A lot of factors include purchase price, amount of commission offered on that particular property, how full his/her plate is, not looking for buyers "you can always refer this to someone in your brokerage and make a 25% referral fee pending on state etc.. for doing literally nothing" or even lack of experience.In Toronto where commissions are usually in the 5 figure range.
